1. General These terms of service govern your use of the My Store website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store is operated in accordance with Danish law.

2. Products We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in DKK and include Danish VAT (25%) where applicable. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely — we do not store your card details.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret) As a consumer purchasing online in Denmark, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.

5. Returns and Refunds Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Complaints If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at anders.drejer.clausen@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) at www.forbrug.dk.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
