Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (Denmark) We ship to all addresses in Denmark. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 5–14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
